My pavers were in need of a good cleaning, resanding and sealing. I called a few companies but Eric from First Coast Pressure washing was one of the most resonable and seemed to be very knowledgeable. I am very pleased that we chose Eric to do the work. I had heard about the soft wash vs high pressure washing on homes. Eric was recommended to me by a longtime contractor friend. He was responsive and professional from day one. My home was in bad need of a bath. Not only did he wash the house but the roof also. The roof had the black mildew that makes a home look old and unmaintained. I found Eric on google as I have family who works for the fire department, so I like to support our first responders when I can. I have used Eric 2 times now and he has been very punctual and gotten the job done on time and what I required. He lightly pressured washed my pool cage at my home and got rid of a lot of the likens and mold growing on the screens. Looks SOO much better. He then did a house wash on my late father's home and pressure washed the driveway, sidewalk, and porch area and let me tell you. It was a WORLD OF A DIFFERENCE.
